Emergency Care in Sport
The Sports Partnership has strong links with the Academy of Emergency Care in Sport. The Academy was formed to provide training with national qualifications to those who offer “immediate emergency care” at sporting events. The Academy is based in the Emergency Medical Department of Cork University Hospital. There are a range of courses on offer from Introductory Level to Advanced and Instructor Training.
