Would you like try out some new activities in a fun and supportive setting and in your own community?

Some of the Activities to choose from: Spinning, Gym, Aqua Aerobics,Circuit Training, Outdoor activities and many more.
If so come along & bring a friend on April 30th @ 4.30pm and be part of this exciting new programme.
