Be Ready Basketball


'Be Ready Basketball' is a fun online strength programme delivered via zoom designed for basketball players to prepare their body for a return to play once restrictions are lifted!

The overall focus of Be Ready Basketball sessions is to increase strength and decrease chances of injury upon return through improving mobility, stability and boosting total body strength throughout the programme. A variety of exercises will be used and progressed each week that will be sure to challenge participants and help identify limitations and imbalances that they may not have been aware of!

Programme Details:
  • Start Date: Programme 1 Wed, 10th March | Programme 2 - Tues, 16th March
  • Duration: 4 Weeks (Wed, 10th, 17th, 24th, 30th March) | (Tues, 16th, 23rd, 30th March, 6th April)
  • Time: 7-8pm (Sessions will run for 40-45mins)
  • Who: 13-16 year olds, boy & girls
  • Cost: Free
