Cork Sports Partnership and Cork SportsAbility Forum are delighted to announce SportsAbility Day 2020 proudly sponsored by Blackwater Motors will take place on Saturday 21st March in Mardyke Arena UCC from 11-2pm.

The aim of Cork SportsAbility Day is to increase awareness of sport and physical activity opportunities for people with ​disabilities. Cork SportsAbility Day is open to people with a disability, families, teachers, sports coaches, health and fitness professionals, youth club leaders or anyone interested in inclusive sport or physical activity for people of all abilities. This year’s SportsAbility Day will showcase a wide range of physical activities presented to you by local sporting clubs and community groups along with the National Governing Bodies of Sport. All of these agencies aim to increase the number of people with disabilities leading active and healthy lifestyles. Speaking at the event launch Kate Feeney, Sports Inclusion Disability Officer stated ‘We are excited to invite people of all abilities to come along to SportsAbility Day 2020 and try out physical activities and sport in a fun and safe environment. 'Find Your Activity 'is the theme and we are delighted to have so many activities on offer ensuring there is something there for everyone!’
