WHAT SUPPORTS ARE OFFERED?

PALS receive a semi-annual newsletter, PALs Exchange which is sent to all PALS in Cork & Kerry.
PALs will receive ongoing support in the delivery of the Go for Life programme through Refresher training, which is a short morning of activities to remind PALS of what was learned at the workshops.
