Start Box Primary Schools Programme - Get Fit, Get Active, Get Boxing

The Irish Athletic Boxing Association and Cork Sports Partnership have teamed up to roll out a 4 week Start Box Programme for Cork Primary Schools in 2020. This pilot programme will run across a limited number of Cork Primary Schools from April 2020.

The aim of the programme is to provide 4th, 5th & 6th class primary school children the opportunity to participate in a fun based, non-contact, inclusive introductory boxing programme.  The programme specifically targets those with little or no experience with a taste of boxing in a supportive and safe environment with a qualified Irish Athletic Boxing Association Regional Community Development Officer.
