Project FLAME

Community-Based, Volunteer Coach Education Programme

Following the successful pilot of the community-based Project FLAME programme in 2020, Cork Sports Partnership has teamed up with University College Cork and the Project FLAME team to roll out a number of community programmes in 2021.

The aim of this programme is to provide volunteer coaches of youth sport in Cork with some coach education in fundamental and functional literacy for activity and movement efficiency (FLAME). As a result of COVID-19, the programme is currently being delivered online via 2 online workshops.
