Women on the Move

What is the Women on the Move programme?

Women on the Move (WOM) is a physical activity programme that is aimed at women to get more active, have fun, and improve fitness levels. It involves:

  • Regular physical activity sessions over 6 weeks that are led by a qualified instructor.
  • Structured physical activity sessions so that you can find a level and pace that suits you.
