Project Weightloss Autumn 2018

Project Weightloss is returning this Autumn in 3 venues across Cork! 

Project Weightloss (PWL) is a 12 week exercise intervention programme targeted at overweight and inactive individuals. Sessions are run twice a week in your local Project Weightloss Centre comprising of a wide range of exercise activities and a participant manual that will help you record your activity and track your progress.

Sessions are twice weekly but participants are encouraged to attend as many as they can over the 12 weeks! A healthy eating component along with motivational and behavioural change techniques are covered over the 12 weeks. For full details on the programme and how to get involved, click >>HERE<<
