Mardyke Arena & Cork Sports Partnership are delighted to introduce the “High-Performance Academy” @ Mardyke Arena UCC
Led by expert coaches and performance specialists, this 4-week summer program grants aspiring sports stars access to high-level training and education in a world-class environment.

- Speed & Agility Training
- Energy System Conditioning
- Movement Preparation & Priming
- Fitness Testing & Performance Tracking
- Recovery Sessions
- Educational Workshops, including:
