Equipment Rental

Do you have reduced mobility but want to be active, move freely and independently? As part of the Wheels For All Scheme, Cork Sports Partnership through the support of the Sport Ireland, Sports Inclusion Capital Grant have Handcycles and the Petra Race Runner available to loan.

Handcycles

Handcycles are powered by the arms and support people to enjoy cycling. Rental of the handcycles includes:
  • Correct adjustment of the bike to suit you
  • Advice and guidance on how to use the bike
  • Recommendations on accessible cycle routes in Cork City & County
  • Available to rent for a 90-day duration 

Petra RaceRunner

  • The PETRA RaceRunner is an aid which will support you to walk, jog or run.
  • This is a medium frame and suitable for young people and adults.

  • Beach Wheelchair

Wheelchair Racing Chair

  • A wheelchair racing chair is specially designed for racing on the track.
