Midleton Cycle Safety Workshop
Date & Time: Sat, 21st May @ 11.30-12.30pm

Meeting Point: In front of the Courthouse, Townparks, Midleton

Who: Children, families, adults

Description: Workshop going through: Participants Clothes, helmet, bike & conditions checks, Speed & Awareness, Road Signs, Markings, Signalling & co-ordinating with other road users, Route Planning, Adults cycling with Children

eBike Excitement around East Ferry
Date & Time: Sat, 21st May @ 2.30pm

Meeting Point: Bailick Car Park, Midleton (near Kindred Spirits: Choctaw Native American Monument)

Who: Cyclists who cycle occasionally on road, aged 18+ 

Description: Participants will cycle off road on ebikes initially to become familiar with bikes, then are introduced to group cycling. Then the group will complete a 16 – 20km out to East Ferry

Cork Cycling Campaign Graffiti Bicycle Tour

Description: Bring your bike to The Lough. A fun celebration of cycling culture in Cork (& a free BBQ!) After the BBQ we’ll have a relaxed social evening in the pleasant surroundings of the Lough as well as some bike games.

Description: Community cycle from Kinsale Town to site of Battle of Kinsale where a member of Kinsale Historical society will give a short talk on the Battle of Kinsale 1601. Subsequently we will cycle back to Kinsale Town for complimentary finger food and conversation
