Cork SportsAbility Campaign

The Cork SportsAbility campaign seeks to raise the profile of disability inclusion in sport and physical activity in Cork City and County by increasing awareness of existing opportunities, as well as creating additional opportunities for people of all ages and abilities with a disability to get involved. 

The campaign will focus on a number of areas including:

  • A video series to highlight and promote disability inclusion in Cork. (Cork SportsAbility Video Series)
  • A month-long celebration of FREE taster events throughout Cork. (Cork SportsAbility Month) 
  • Delivery of a large-scale come-and-try event for people with disabilities in Cork. (Cork SportsAbility Day)
  • Highlighting existing opportunities & pathways through clubs & groups that promote disability inclusion. (Inclusive Clubs & Groups)
  • Creation of additional opportunities and pathways for people with disabilities to participate in sport & physical activity. (Inclusive Programmes)
