Meeting Point: Ballinspittle, car park opposite church Who: Adults. Children 16+ years accompanied by an adult. Description: Start Ballinspittle, cycle to Courtmacsherry (40km), lunch in the Courtmacsherry Hotel. Cycle back to Ballinspittle. Assistant instructor to cycle between groups. Bike Week Cork Cycle to Crosshaven |

Meeting Point: Grand Parade Who: Those capable of competent road cycling and covering short/medium distances including older children under supervision or on their parent’s bikes Description: A cycle out to Crosshaven out the old railway greenway. From the formation of the earth, the beginning of life, dinosaurs, etc. to the present day.
