Young Hockey Leader TY Workshop
Hockey Ireland are now taking expression of interests from Cork Secondary schools for the Young Hockey Leader TY Workshop. The Young Hockey Leaders Award helps to pass on skills, top tips and most importantly confidence so that Young Leaders can get back out to their clubs and schools in order to put their new found knowledge to use!
The programme consists of a 4 hour pitch session and 1 hour online seminar. The workshop costs €20 per student with each participant getting a whistle, a t-shirt and a booklet. The workshop is broken up into 50 % umpiring juniors training and 50% training the TY’s to coach juniors (under 10’s, Under 12’s)
Please note a minimum 12 participants is required within the school
