West Cork Sports Inclusion Showcase

Cork Sports Partnership and West Cork Development Partnership are delighted to work together to host West Cork’s Sports Inclusion Showcase . The aim of West Cork  Sports Inclusion Showcase is to increase awareness of sport and physical activity opportunities for people with ​disabilities in West Cork.

The sports inclusion showcase is open to people with a disability, families, teachers, sports coaches, health and fitness professionals, youth club leaders or anyone interested in inclusive sport or physical activity for people of all abilities.

The West Cork Sports Inclusion Showcase aims to demonstrate a wide range of physical activities presented to you by local sporting clubs and community groups across West Cork along with National Governing Bodies of Sport. All of these agencies aim to increase the number of people with disabilities leading active and healthy lifestyles.

What to Expect?


  • Come and try sessions are open for people to try an activity or sport in a fun and safe environment.


  • Providing information on clubs and groups who support people of all abilities.
  • Supporting clubs and community groups who would like to increase their knowledge and skills in providing activities for people with a disability. 
  • If you would like to host an information stand at this years event, please email


  • Showcasing inclusive and disability sports in action. All visitors are welcome to join these activities.


  • Play equipment for all abilities such as parachute games, giant Jenga, Connect 4 and lots more!
