The Daily Mile

Primary Schools

Cork Sports Partnership and Athletics Ireland have teamed up to bring the Daily Mile Programme to Cork. The aim of The Daily Mile is simple – get children active by running or walking for 15 minutes a day within the school environment. It is a non-competitive time efficient way to get kids active.

The Daily Mile takes 15 minutes desk to desk and in that time most will average a mile. It’s no fuss, fun and has a huge impact all day and far beyond.

How to get involved:

All you have to do is register your school with The Daily Mile online by clicking here >>> or the Register Now button below. Once you have registered, all that is left to do is get running and walking.
